Are your products Organic?
- Our Raw Irish Sea Moss, Sea Moss gel, and 102 Mineral Complex Capsules are all 100% certified organic and lab tested for nutritional quality and heavy metal analysis.
- In our Mineral Bites, some of the ingredients are extremely difficult to source Organic, so it is not 100% Organic. As we continue to grow as a company, we will devote our resources to making 100% organic bites in the future while keeping it as affordable as possible for you!
How long does it take to ship?
- Order processing takes 1-2 business days and shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. We ship Monday-Thursday in order to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.
- We provide standard shipping on all of our products, the exact delivery time frame is based on your location. You will be issued a tracking number for your order as soon as it's shipped.
- We currently do not ship our Sea Moss gel as it is a fresh product and cannot be left out at room temperature for an extended period of time. They are available for pick up at Loja Sāo in Lisbon, Portugal.
How are your products made? Where are the ingredients sourced from?
Our superfoods (Irish Sea Moss, Bladderwrack, Burdock Root) are naturally sun dried in order to lock in their nutritional value. They are then tested to make sure they do not contain any heavy metals or harmful bacteria (you can find these test results in the “lab tests” tab). Once they are ready, we package our products at our US and Portugal facilities. The Mineral Bites are made in Portugal with EU standard ingredients.
How often should I use your products?
- For maximum benefits, we recommend:
- 2-4 tablespoons (30-60ml) of Sea Moss gel per day (2000-4000mg of Sea Moss)
- 2-4 102 Mineral capsules per day (1000-2000mg of Sea Moss, Bladderwrack, & Burdock Root)
- 1 pack of Mineral bites per day (2400mg of Sea Moss & Bladderwrack)
Can children take our products?
Sea Moss is a natural food that has been around for centuries. It is safe and beneficial for all ages. The same goes for the other superfood ingredients we use to make our products, such as Bladderwrack and Burdock Root.

How long will it take to feel the benefits?
- We would love to provide a one-size-fits-all timeline for when to expect noticeable differences, but it is very difficult to say so without factoring in diet, lifestyle, health, hormones, and much more. The best way to ensure you get all the benefits is to take the recommended daily serving over the long term and adjust according to the feedback your body gives you.
- In our experience, the Sea Moss gel (made with Raw Irish Sea Moss) provides the most noticeable benefits, with many customers experience benefits in their digestion, energy, and appetite!
