• In our Mineral Bites, some of the ingredients are extremely difficult to source Organic, so it is not 100% Organic. As we continue to grow as a company, we will devote our resources to making 100% organic bites in the future while keeping it as affordable as possible for you!

Yes. All of our products and ingredients are free from dairy and animal products, so they are 100% vegan friendly. Our Sea Moss gel also works as a great vegan substitute for gelatin, eggs, or any other product that can be used to thicken (puddings, mousses, curries, soups). Our Raw Irish Sea Moss, Sea Moss gel, and 102 Mineral Complex capsules are gluten-free and prepared in a gluten-free environment. Our Mineral Bites contain oats in the recipe and are manufactured in a facility that processes gluten products, so they are NOT gluten-free. As we continue to grow as a company, we will make more flavors that cater to a wider range of people and taste buds.

• Our Raw Irish Sea Moss, Sea Moss gel, and 102 Mineral Complex capsules are nut-free, but our Mineral Bites do contain nuts.
• Our products are packaged in a facility that handles nuts, seeds, and gluten. Therefore, we recommend avoiding all products if you have a severe nut allergy, just to be safe.

Our superfoods (Irish Sea Moss, Bladderwrack, Burdock Root) are naturally sun dried in order to lock in their nutritional value. They are then tested to make sure they do not contain any heavy metals or harmful bacteria (you can find these test results in the “lab tests” tab). Once they are ready, we package our products at our US and Portugal facilities. The Mineral Bites are made in Portugal with EU standard ingredients.

• For maximum benefits, we recommend:
• 2-4 tablespoons (30-60ml) of Sea Moss gel per day (2000-4000mg of Sea Moss)
• 2-4 102 Mineral capsules per day (1000-2000mg of Sea Moss, Bladderwrack, & Burdock Root)

It depends on the type of fast you are doing. Sea Moss can be a great addition to a juice fast as it assists in the detox process. Although, Sea Moss Gel would break your water fast as it contains nutrients your body would have to process.
