Sea Moss Starter Pack

• The 4oz (114g) Raw Sea Moss pouch makes about 60 servings of gel (1 serving is 2 tablespoons or 60ml). This should last 1-2 months depending on how much you take daily.
• The 102 Mineral Complex Capsules will last 30 days if you take 2 capsules per day.
• The Mineral Bites will last 6 days, eating one packet per day
• Between all 3 products, you should have enough Sea Moss to last you for AT LEAST 3 months and 6 days!

• Our Irish Sea Moss and 102 Mineral Complex capsules may contain traces of molluscs and sea shells in them. While we take extreme care to clean our Sea Moss before packaging or making the gel, we cannot guarantee that the gel is 100% free from any traces of shellfish.
• Our Mineral Bites are not suitable for those who are allergic to Peanuts, Other Nuts, or may have a gluten intolerance. The ingredients include dates, peanuts, cacao, oats, and hazelnut butter.
• While we do use gluten free oats in our recipe, our Bites are manufactured in a facility that processes gluten and therefore is a possible cross-allergen. As we continue to grow as a company, we will make more flavors that cater to a wider range of people and taste buds.

All of our superfood ingredients are certified organic and contain only the highest quality of natural ingredients. However, we always recommend that you speak with your health care provider if you are pregnant in case there are any specific reasons why you should not consume our products or certain ingredients.

• If you take thyroid medication, consult with your doctor or dietician before implementing Sea Moss products as its iodine content may not react well with the medication.
