Which entity you contract with depends on your location/jurisdiction at the time of purchase, and will be indicated in your order confirmation and invoice.

2. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
If you are a customer located in the United States (including Florida), this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a customer located in the European Union (including Portugal), this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Portugal, and you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of the EU which cannot be waived.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements:
“Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logging on this website and being compliant with the Company’s terms and conditions.

1. Order Placement
When you place an order on the Website, you are offering to purchase the goods shown in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by the seller, which, in the case of U.S. orders, is Honest Sea Moss LLC. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an order confirmation email identifying the entity with which you are contracting.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • The price of the goods will be as shown on the Website at the time you place your order (plus applicable taxes, shipping and handling).
  • Payment is due in full when you submit your order unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not received or if we suspect fraud or other unauthorized/unlawful activity.

3. Delivery / Shipping

  • We will deliver the goods to the delivery address you provide at checkout.
  • For U.S. orders shipped by Honest Sea Moss LLC, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only; actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays or other factors.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you supplied.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address, and for any local delivery restrictions or additional charges not stated at checkout.

4. Cancellations & Returns

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, notify us as soon as possible. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your request but once your order has been accepted and dispatched we may be unable to cancel delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We may restrict delivery of certain products to addresses within the United States. If you provide an address outside our supported shipping zones, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order and refund any payments you have made.
  • If the goods cannot be delivered due to your address or other factors causing non-delivery, we will contact you and you will be refunded any amounts paid for the undelivered goods.

1. Order Placement

  • When you place an order on the Website, you are offering to purchase the goods shown in your order. For Europe-based customers, the seller is JACARÉ PRUDENTE Lda. (NIPC 519001427). You will be clearly informed at checkout which entity you are contracting with.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • The price of the goods will be as shown on the Website at the time you place your order (plus applicable VAT, shipping and any handling charges).
  • Payment is due in full when you submit your order unless otherwise indicated. We accept payment via debit card, credit card, IBAN bank transfer, and PayPal.
  • You will not be charged extra payment-method fees unless these reflect the cost borne by the seller in accordance with applicable law.

3. Delivery / Shipping

  • We will dispatch the goods to the delivery address you provide at checkout within the EU region.
  • For European orders by JACARÉ PRUDENTE Lda., estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only; actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, customs (if applicable), or other factors.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the address you supplied.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address and for any duties, taxes or customs charges arising if shipping outside Portugal.

4. Consumer Cancellation & Returns (EU)

  • If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. European Union+1

5. Shipping Restrictions
